90-Day Limit for Bulk Action Job History

Starting January 13, 2023, your Bulk Action data history will be limited to 90 days. This is to enhance your application performance and speed. The job history page will remind you of this 90-day limit with a new message at the top.

Removing records older than 90 days will help keep the Job History page more current and make it easier to find logs for completed bulk actions. If you’d like to preserve any available error or backup files, please login and download files by going to Administration > Bulk Actions > Job History.

NOTE: This change has no impact to records that are saved in the Activity Log, it is only applicable to records on the Bulk Actions’ Job History page.
